Website Packages Terms and Conditions

On this page you can download the contractual agreements that govern our website development packages.  Before beginning development on your site, we will need a signed contract from you.  Contracts will be signed via DocuSign.

Website Development Contracts:

The following contracts govern the Essential Web Presence and Premium Custom Website packages as described on our website.  These contracts are not final and may be adjusted to reflect different pricing and features, depending on the specifics of your project.  However, these contracts do give you a good idea of the general terms that govern the website development process when choosing one of our web design packages.

Items in yellow in these contracts will change on a per-project basis.  Items in red (currently payment options) will be modified or removed based on how you choose to pay for your website.

• Essential Web Presence Package – Three Page Website – $3,499 Contract

• Premium Custom Website Package – Five Page Website – $5,999 Contract

Web Hosting and Retainer Contract:

This contract governs your agreement with Your Right Website should you choose to host your website with us after completion of your website build.
