Custom Branded Email:

Give your business a professional email address with a free you@yourdomain.com.  A professionally branded email helps build customer trust and will have your business taken more seriously than a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com email address.

Never worry about your site being out of date or security issues.  We’ll keep your WordPress site secure and up to date.  We’ll also install WordPress plugins for you at your request, all you have to do is ask and we’ll take care of the rest!

Yes, there is a six month minimum contract term for the website subscription.  We want to ensure that your new website has time to take root in search engines like Google and the six month term ensures that you don’t cancel your subscription before your new website has had a chance to grow and see the best results.

After the six month term your subscription becomes month to month and you can cancel anytime.

No.  The $499 initial payment is a setup fee, which covers us adding all of the content for your website using our custom WordPress templates.  The monthly subscription fee covers your license to use the template, along with your web hosting and other included features such as Matomo.

Our FastTrack package is designed to be a quick, affordable way to get your site online with our managed hosting, so your rights to use any of our templates ends when your subscription does.  If you need a website that you can host on another provider we offer our Custom Web Design Packages, which start at $3,499.

The only additional cost that you will have to pay is the cost for your domain name.  Your domain name is your name on the internet, like yourrightwebsite.com or google.com.

You can buy a domain name for between $8 and $20 dollars a year through a company like NameCheap or PorkBun.

Once you have your domain, you would point it at our servers.  Don’t worry, we’ll help you with this when the time for your new website to go live comes.

To build your website we’ll need a little bit of information from you about your business as well as content you want to show on your website.

By default, we assume that the three pages of content you want for your website are Home, Services and About.  These three pages give your visitors a good overview of your business and the services you provide, however if you want to have different pages for your website we can create those in place of the standard pages.  Note that every website will need to have a homepage.

For content, you can either provide all of the content for your website in Word or Google document or you can fill out our guided spreadsheet which is designed to get some information about your business and what makes your business unique.

You’ll also want to provide us with any images you want to use for your website, such as photos of your services.  You’ll want to make sure that you own the rights to use any images you provide to us.

We will also need an image of your business’ logo, preferably in SVG or PNG format.  If your business doesn’t have a logo you can either hire a logo designer or use a tool like Canva or Logo.com to make a logo.

We’ll use your logo to help determine the colors that should be used for your website. If you have specific colors you want us to use you can let us know those as well.  You’ll be able to change the colors of your website from within WordPress if you decide later on you want to use something different.

You’ll want to choose either the Regal or Dark Accents template for your website.  The Regal template is better if you want a more light theme whereas Dark Accents works better for darker color schemes.

Don’t worry about having all this now.  We’ll walk you through all this during your free consultation which we’ll use to get this project started.

We will build your website using WordPress, which is one of the most popular content management systems on the internet.  WordPress powers over 40% of websites on the internet, so it’s a solid choice for your website.

We’ll make working with your WordPress website easy.  Our custom built blocks for WordPress are designed to make working with WordPress super easy, even for non technical people or those who may have struggled with WordPress before.

Yes!  We’ll provide training via Zoom that will show you how to add and edit your website’s content in WordPress, add additional pages, update search engine content and add blog posts.

You’ll have full control over all of the content of your website and you’ll be able to add new pages whenever you want.  If you ever have a question about how to add new content for your website we’ll be here to assist.

Yes!  If after your website launches and you’ve received training you’re not comfortable making content updates to your website we can make content updates for $100 an hour.  Content updates are billed in 15 minute increments, with a minimum charge of $100.

For an additional $75 a month you can also purchase our content update service.  We’ll update your site’s content for up to an hour each month as a part of your subscription.  Plus, if you don’t use this service for a month your hours will roll over, up to a maximum of three hours.

Our FastTrack website package is designed for small business owners who need to get their small business online quickly and at an affordable price.  To meet this goal, our FastTrack package uses pre-made website templates for WordPress that have been expertly designed to meet the use cases of many small businesses who simply want to display content on their website that introduces their brand to potential customers.

With our pre-made templates, you’ll have limited control over the design of your website.  You can change the logo and colors for your brand and arrange your content using custom built blocks for WordPress, but changes beyond this are not supported.  We can install WordPress plugins for you at your request provided your chosen plugin is allowed under our plugin policy.

If you need something beyond what our pre-made website template is capable of, whether that is a custom design or custom functionality, this likely is not the right package for you.

Our custom web design packages, which start at $3,499, are a great choice for small business owners who need more control over the design or functionality of their small business website.

With our FastTrack web design packages you can have your website live in as little as a week!  Once we receive your setup fee payment and your signed contract, we’ll coordinate with you to get content for the website, including text and images.

Once you provide the necessary text and images for your website’s content we’ll get to work laying these out on your website in a way that looks good and makes sense given your business.  This process can take up to a week.  Then we’ll have a meeting with you to provide training prior to launching the website.

Once you give the go ahead, we’ll launch your website and make it live to the world!

Yes!  When a new website is put out into the world at first it might not receive a lot of traffic.  This is because it’s new, untrusted and unknown.

To build trust with your website, you’ll want to write blog posts about your business.  These can be anything from notifications about sales you’re having to new services you’re offering to just general thoughts about your industry.

The more you write, the more content Google has to learn about your site and the better chance Google will start to organically trust your site and refer searchers to your site.  You should aim to try and write at least one blog post a week for your website.  This is easier now than at any point in history due to the rise of AI tools like ChatGPT.  This might seem like a lot of work but it will exponentially increase your success and help to bring in new visitors to your website.

You’ll also want to build backlinks to your new website.  A backlink is simply another website that links to your site.  There are several free directories online that you can submit your website to in order to help build your backlinks.  Writing great content in your blog that people want to link to is also a great way to get free backlinks to your site.

Lastly, you’ll want to spread the word about your new website wherever you can.  Put it on your social media profile, business cards and signage.  Let the world know you have a new website.

Over time your site will become more trusted and you’ll start to see organic growth coming from Google and other search engines.  It can take six months to a year to see the full effect of your efforts as Google takes some time to fully trust your new website.

In the end all your effort and hard work will be worth it with the new customers your website will bring in.
